There is a 90 day minimum commitment. “Do I have to work any days?” Yes. You have to work 2 days a month for each space that you rent. But working is fun here at The Shops On West Ridge! “What Legal/Government issues do I need to address?” The only permit you must have before you open here at The Shops on West Ridge is a New York Sales Tax Certificate. That takes about 3 weeks and is believe it or not, still FREE! “What can I sell?” We are looking for good quality shopkeepers who are selling better quality products. You cannot sell firearms, anything pornographic, or any used clothing. “Do you charge a commission on what I sell” No. “How fast can I move in?” Once you have your NYS Sales Tax Number.
